I. M/s Gitanjali Enterprises is a registered firm on IndiaMart having valid GST number for supplying materials all over in India. Customers should provide their requirement clearly in terms of quantity or other specifications through email / WhatsApp.
II. Materials once sold are not refundable. However, if any request is received regarding the quality of material, it may facilitate the customers in resolving the issue to the party / manufacturer concerned from where materials are sourced. Customers are advised to inform any defiency arising due to issues in quality and quantity within seven (7 days) after receiving the materials. Firm shall not accept any request in facilitation after seven days. M/s Gitanjali Enterprises does not owe any responsibility for qualitative defects.
III. M/s Gitanjali Enterprises will not be responsible for the dealing done with other person claiming representative of the Firm.
IV. Customers are requested to clearly mention the details of the items and should pay the amount only in company account through net banking / IMPS/ UPI/Cheque. Cash payment shall not be accepted for any amount.
V. Availability of requested materials depends upon prevailing conditions of market and transport conditions. Customers are requested to stay patient. If materials are not available in the market, then the deposited amount (received in firm’s bank account) will be refunded in the same bank account of the customer through netbanking / IMPS/ UPIs.
VI. Customers are encouraged to take insurance of the requested items into their view. Insurance is a necessary safeguard for Force Majeure conditions (i.e. conditions beyond the control of firm /supplier/ manufacturing unit).
VII. M/s Gitanjali Enterprises is not a manufacturing organization and being only a trading firm, it only supplies the requested items with bill having GSTIN and GST amount. It does not take any authenticity regarding the supplied materials. Gitanjali Enterprises is not liable for any duplicacy/ default/defect in quality of the items.
VIII. Only those who are willing to purchase materials through bills shall contact the firm.
IX. The company will get the items delivered to the addressee through transportation, however, charges for transportation, thereafter, will have to be borne by the customer.
